Patricia demonstrates a great work ethic, is very professional, is a self-starter and requires little oversight. She also was sited as an extremely talented individual from one or our client Directors at the DoD. She has a can do attitude and clients have always given her positive remarks and praises.

X VETS

As a Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Labor, I assisted in the migration of the Veterans' Employment & Training Service (VETS) website to Drupal 8. The old website was a responsive html5 template, shown above. I work directly with federal staff and team members to provide updates, support, 508 compliance verification, and (DAP)Google Analytics reports for the new VETS website.

X Women Veterans

As a Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Labor, I worked directly with DoL staff and team members to gather requirements, wireframe, design mock ups, and develop a more modern website for the Women Veterans division of the Veterans' Employment & Training Service (VETS) website. The previous website, shown above, needed a redsign to drive more traffic and bring more attention to Women Veterans. The new website was recently migrated to Drupal 8.

X Aging Stats

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Health & Human Services, I worked directly with federal staff and team members to gather requirements, wireframe, design mock ups, and develop a more modern website for the Aging Stats division of HHS/ACL. Shown above is the website before the redesign.

X Older Indians

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Health & Human Services, I worked directly with federal staff and team members to gather requirements, wireframe, design mock ups, and develop a more modern website in Drupal 8 for the Older Indians division of HHS/ACL. Shown above is the website before the redesign.

X NCEA

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Health & Human Services, I was tasked by federal staff to design and develop an interactive, responsive and 508 compliant national directory in .NET to be included in the redesign for National Centers on Elder Abuse (NCEA) division of HHS/ACL. The previous national directory, shown above, was a long scrolling page. The new design allows the user, via keyboard or mouse, to select a state on the map, which would then jump to and automatically open the section of information for the state they chose. This functionality has proven so successful, that it was included when the NCEA website was later redesigned, and is still in use on the NCEA website over three years later.

X No Wrong Door

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Health & Human Services, I was tasked by federal staff to design and develop a new, responsive and 508 compliant microsite in .NET for the No Wrong Door division of HHS/ACL. Shown above is the new design.

X ICBA Bancard Email landing page

As Webmaster for Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), I worked with staff to gather requirements and assets to design and develop an email and social media landing page for ICBA Bancard's VISA promotion. I also assisted with designing & developing the html emails as well as helping with analytics to determine the success rate of the email campaign.

X ICBA Too Big To Fail Email campaign landing page

As Webmaster for Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), I worked with staff to gather requirements and assets to design and develop a microsite for their Too Big To Fail advocacy campaign. This microsite also served as a landing page for html email and social media campaigns.

X MSMR before redesign

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Center division of Department of Defense, I worked with military staff and team members to redesign the Medical Surveillance Monthly Report (MSMR) newsletter. Shown above is before the redesign.

X DCoE In Action Newsletter

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Heath and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) division of Department of Defense, I worked with military staff and team members to design a New DCoE In Action newsletter.

X VETS poster

As a Web Designer/Developer contractor for Department of Labor, I worked directly with federal staff to design a poster to promote Department of Labor's Veterans.gov website.

X AFHSC logo

As Web Designer/Developer contractor for the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Center (AFHSC) division of Department of Defense, I worked directly with DoD staff to design a new logo for the AFHSC website.

X Big Surf Crab Chili logo

This was a personal logo I designed for participation in the DC 101 Chili Cook-Off. It was used for t-shirts and other promotional items.

X Reisterstown Music Center logo

This was a new logo I designed for Reisterstown Music Center, in Reisterstown, Maryland. This logo was used for store signage, t-shirts and other branding and promational items.
